FNB Card Division / DSV Couriers - ********** service from this courier, selected by FNB to deliver my expired cheque card. First they delivered it to someone whom I did not nominate as the person to receive my card if I am not able to - it was also delivered AFTER HOURS ( I had stated that I work at a school and that I am not at said school after 14h00. I had emailed them NUMEROUS times and still do not have my card. This is now a MONTH already. I actually feel like closing my account with FNB because of this. DSV you are NOT client orientated, your call center is a JOKE and your drivers and call center personnel obviously don't communicate successfully.
