***! They are PATHETIC to say the least! And they are *****IC to be polite! FNB should also be taken to task for using such a **** poor company...! Total lack of respect and consideration for their customer's time and patience. Whilst on hold, I could still hear the conversation in their office...! I am shocked to my core! This company's owner should reconsider being in business.

31 May 2022, 13:50Absolutely true to form once again with their, "Don't Care" attitude!!
After the last complaint I promptly received a phone call with a resolution promise. That was more than a week ago already and it was supposed to be sorted in two days!!!
Why are these guys still being used by companies???
Why are these guys still operating???
No contact has been made after the last complaint.
