DSV Courier service is full of drama, pathetic towards deliveries from FNB
Since 28 June when FNB issued my card and handed it over to DSV to deliver, I have not received it because DSV courier service is pathetic. I call them almost every day to inquire when I will receive it and get the same story that I missed an appointment (at that time, I did not have any missed calls on my phone). I can advise FNB to terminate this pathetic DSV courier service because is tarnishing FNB image.
