DSV Courier Service

Pathetic service from DSV. They made arrangements with me to drop off my bank cards on Friday (4 Nov 2022) between 14h00-16h00. No one arrived, with no calls or feedback for their no-show! After several calls today with service consultants such as "Buhle" who pretended not to hear me, and others who are completely clueless, I finally spoke to Sindiswa who promised to get back to me. It's now 18h16 and realize it was just another empty promise. Sad that companies like this secure work with banks and cell phone companies, and can't "deliver", literally.
