Dsv courier service

Living out of town DSV contacted me to ask if they could deliver my parcell at the closes shop to me. I informed them that the shop did not accept courier parcells anymore as it was also a liability for them. They then asked if I could collect the parcell at their branch in town when I get to town and provided me with the persons name whom to speak to receive the parcell. When I went to their branch, the person had no idea of the parcell and only after 10 min of waiting and them searching they finaly found the parcell. I belive if a courier company does not deliver on plots and farms then they must not take the parcell form the sender.
