DSV Courier most pathetic courier service in SA

Most Pathetic courier company in SA , businesses should really start using people like courier guy or post net for the deliveries, never in my life have I dealt with such unprofessionalism - You wait forever for your delivery , do not have the decency to let the "customer" who is waiting for a delivery know that the delivery is not happening because the driver is sick and when new delivery has been arranged with the supposing head office the driver has the audacity to phone and say He is not driving so far we need to meet him at point X +-30km from where delivery was suppose to be delivered to..... No assistance from "floor manager" left me on hold for a while and put me through to the driver who did not even know the head office put me through ..... PATHETIC - there is actually people in South - Africa who wants to work !!!!
