DSV courier company useless

Not sure if I have the correct DSV however, I believe they fall under one umbrella. This courier company is one of the most useless couriers you could think of. They seem to not know what to do. Their staff members are rude and have no phone etiquette. They sent someone to the address I gave them, but the person called while I was in a meeting and for obvious reasons, I could not answer. I, however left the meeting, went outside and gave him a call within 2 minutes of missing his call and he had the audacity to tell me that he is already 15 km away and won't turn back. Mind you, two minutes and already 15 km away. Each and every time a different rude person would give me call but nothing happens. The banks need to really reconsider their choice of courier service because this will be one of the reasons clients walk out. In fact, this courier service needs to be deregistered.
