DSV Contractor Driver Casued an Accident and Refused to Pay for damages and acknowledge fault

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of an incident involving one of your contracted drivers who caused damage to my vehicle nearly four months ago. Despite the driver clearly being at fault, the vehicle owner—who contracts with DSV—has refused to take responsibility or cover the damages. While DSV initially appeared willing to assist, all communication has since stopped, and my follow-up emails are now being ignored.

It is unacceptable that DSV contracts service providers who show no accountability and seemingly operate without third-party insurance. This raises serious concerns about DSV’s vetting and risk management processes. As a customer and road user, I expect better from a company of DSV’s size and reputation.

I urge DSV to address this matter urgently and take appropriate action to resolve the damages caused by your contractor driver
