DSV Centurion

Nightmarish experience with DSV Centurion. A parcel i expected 12 days ago has still not arrived in Pmburg. It is perishable health supplements. Needless to say business has been lost. After many telephone calls, and getting conflicting reports about my parcel i am told the locker door is jammed and after another investigation a technician will be called out...but dont know when it will be resolved. No sense of urgency or concern whatsover. First it was "the locker door was jammed", then " it was sent the same day", " we cant trace", " we will investigate with the driver next week" " found the parcel but cant get it out" " we, will give you feedback".... And, and, and....terrible courier.
