DSV Bloemfontein is a nightmare!!

Today we experienced a nightmare with DSV Couriers. We purchased stock from a supplier, so we decided that we follow up on order, the supplier advised that they have sent parcel to DSV to deliver to us. When we contacted DSV Bloemfontein Office to check on the status of our delivery, we were advised that our parcel has been delivered and signed by a person we dont know. After a bit of investigatation from their side, it was discovered that the parcel was delivered to a wrong address and they will sort it out.

After numerous calls to their office for update, the office acted as if its our mistake that the parcel was delivered to a wrong address. They never called back to advice us to update us about anything. Their staff member in their Bloemfontein branch are very rude. We had to contact the person they delivered our parcel to and ask to go there and collect it ourselves. I think DSV is getting too much business and becoming big headed.
