DSV BLOEMFONTEIN EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
Dsv couriers was supposed to deliver my MTN cellphone. When the driver arrived his fingerprint scanner did not work. DSV was also supposed to send me an otp that I never received. The courier diver was very unprofessional and even the lady at DSV BLOEMFONTEIN. They informed me that they will delivered the next day. I wait the whole day for the delivery. I phone DSV head office that inform me she will contact me. That did not happen. It is really unprofessional FROM DSV BLOEMFONTEIN how they treat their customers.
