DSV Biometrics not working
DSV arrived to deliver my MTN package and I provided the relevant driver with all the necessary documents. When the driver did the biometrics, the machine failed to pull through my thumb. Now delivery on my cellphone is delayed and no one at MTN or DSV is helping me when I call for assistance. This is very very frustrating and it seems to be a recurring problem with DSV and MTN and clearly no one has bother to fix this biometric system or implement another system and it is a serious inconvenience!
