DSV beyond useless

I honestly don't know why banks are making use of this useless company to deliver people's debit / credit cards. I've been waiting for almost a month for my card and they keep calling to make arrangements and till date, I haven't received my card. Their drivers are the worst lies you can get and I hope I can find a platform where I can hold the accountable for lost fees due to transfers and cash send transactions I had to make because I don't have a card. This is the worst courier company on the planet and yet, it seems the banks believe their clients need to be treated this way. Maybe some big shot in the banking industry either owns this useless courier company or there might be some cold drinks being distributed. Just my opinion.
