DSV BAD SERVICE_ NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

Their agent called me on Wednesday for my delivery, she confirmed my details and all. I was advised that I would receive my parcel Wednesday 11/04/2024 between 1pm and 4pm... I waited the whole da and nothing. Today I receive a call to confirm my adress again and i tell the agent that I did confirm my details already, she tells me my delivery was not finalized. She then proceeds to tell me that the next delivery date is Monday 15/04. TAKE or Leave it... I explain that this is not my fault, she should escalate this, with no interest at all she says she will call me back IF she can find my recording to confirm what im saying. VERY BAD SERVICE
