DSV bad service
I had a scheduled delivery between 14:00-16:00 for my bank card, at 15:00 I went out to pick up my niece from preschool, he called then I said I’m 5-10 minutes away then he said he can’t wait that long I’m too far he has other work to do, he then left with my delivery
I’ve never experienced such a rude service
