DSV bad service
I've had 2 encounters with the DSV road logistics drivers, they are so very rude. The first instance the driver called me after he took a wrong turn,he told me to take a taxi to where he was parking and I refused to do so,he then told me that he is taking my order back,then he stated that I rejected the order and it was canceled. 2nd instance,the driver called me and said he is 2 minutes away from me I must organize the documents,till today I haven't heard from him. Very bad service I received from DSV

21 Jun 2024, 15:55I was contacted yesterday to reschedule my delivery, today I just received an sms at 14:27 that the driver is on his way. I then decided to call DSV for a followup seeing that it's almost 16:00, guess what. My call is transfered from one person to another the they hang up on me. I am fed up of DSVs games,not reliable at all. Discovery bank and MTN should use other logistic companies, I'm canceling all the applications.
