DSV BAD SERVICE!!!

I recieved a SMS from DSV on Monday saying that my MTN order (cellphone) had been recieved by DSV and that they'd be contacting me shortly. It's now basically nearing 3 days and I still have not recieved feedback.

I then decided to phone DSV and the lady I spoke to told me that my order has been sitting with them for close to 72 hours! When asked when I should recieve a call, she said she doesn't know!

It's completely unacceptable that between MTN and DSV it's taken close to a week and a half and I still have not recieved my order!

DSV service and consultants are below satisfactory with their service! I find it unaccpetable that I'm basically going to be kept waiting again as Friday will be a public holiday and I highly doubt they'll contact me if its been over 3 days with no news!
