DSV ARE HOPELESS. WHY DO BANKS USE THEM?

awaiting my bank cards. It was arranged for a certain day. they call 10 times to arrange to still arrange. 9 of 10 times they say they cant hear and cut the call. finally delivered but on 1 of 2 cards.

the bank is calling them no answer for 1 hour. I am on hold. I call also no answer. after selecting the bank it rings and then silence. this was at least 5 calls now.
