DSV are awful and their call staff unhelpful and impatient

I've been waiting for my phone from MTN delivered through DSV. DSV tried to call me to arrange delivery, which I don't understand as all the information is given to MTN on where to deliver. There was confusion as I didn't understand the purpose of the call as she asked for my father and then for my grandmother, and as I asked what this was about or if she wanted my fathers contact details (as they need to deliver to his office) the operator just puts down on me and they haven't contacted me again. So how must I get my phone. Absolute impatience on their side. I won't use mtn online upgrade service again because of this.
