DSV and their poor service

I'm so disappointed with DSV I was supposed to get my MTN parcel from them they arranged with me on Thursday for my parcel to be delivered Friday morning I received an sms that my order will be delivered today Friday.I work full-time I had to ask to knock off early cause it's hand to hand delivery and they must do those Biometric stuff and their machines are not working I've experienced their poor service before.i came back home early yesterday I got another sms that the guy is on his way I didn't receive any call I had to call their call center they refferd me to another number when I call that number they said they already closed their service is very very poor I'm so disappointed
