Dsv and mtn online have poor service

I'm yet to receive my phone from mtn, dsv tried to deliver it without arranging with me the delivery address and date.. I couldn't receive my phone cos they delivered it at my house while I was at work.. I tried to call dsv to make other delivery arrangements to no vail. Dsv's contact numbers that work with mtn do not work.. I don't know have my phone, I don't have confirmation that the went back to the warehouse, like I don't know where to start to get help... Tried calling mtn, still didn't get any help. Mtn and dsv didnt provide me with good service...
