DSV and MTN despicable Service

Today marks the 19th day since I've been waiting for my parcel delivery between MTN and DSV Couriers. Can you believe I'm 5 km away from DSV Warehouse. but my order has not reached me. I called them many times and MTN decided not to use the Number on my Application but we chose to use my old number on their database and my parcel is delayed, I Paid them the delivery cost and they charged me the premium but the parcel is not in my position. WHO CAN HELP ME WITH THIS TIME-WASTING ISSUE??????

Day 12 now waiting for my parcel. I used to think DSV is one of the best at least in Southern Africa region, NO I was wrong. the whole chain from Customer Care, Warehouse, Delivery Team, and managers, same Whatsapp group. the disregard they have for a client is appalling and despicable
