Dsv and mtn company are useless they don't care about the customer's

It's Monday 13:18 I've waiting for dsv to deliver package from mtn and the promise it will be delivered today as they couldn't delver it last week Thursday, so am I going to wait again for nothing, I think the manager's and supervisor from this two company must be fired I'm telling cuz really they can't do their job, I did what they asked me to do but they can't deliver, their service consultants keeps saying there's nothing they can do
