DSV and MTN, a partnership that never delivers.

Made an order with MTN who only use DSV for deliveries. I've been waiting for delivery for 12 days. After failure to deliver yesterday I contacted DSV to reschedule. They had not called to let me know when they would be delivering and only service my area at specific times on different days. This information should have been shared with me, DSV claimed MTN provided the wrong contact number when I called to find out why they hadn't let me know when the driver would be delivering, however the driver called to give me a 30 minutes warning before delivery. Where did he get the correct number? Terrible and unapologetic service. DSV couldn't be bothered. This was a personal experience which will affect my recommending the courier to any business ever. Incredibly disappointed with the service.
