Dsv and mtn

Was phoned yesterday 26/05/2023 to aranged delivery for the 27/05/2023 between 8 and 1 and that someone will phone when they on they way its now 13:10 no phone call no DSV i phoned DSV at 12:30 to find out if they still coming the guy said i must wait till 1 for iv waited till one tried phoning them back and now they closed so iv waited the whole 5 hours for nothing no communication no nothing DSV has *********** staff if they have no structure in the work place to make sure they adhere to they times they set out worst part of it all is dsv delivery side dose not work on the weekends but they have deliverys going out so how does that work i will never use dsv again and now they have lost me and my company as a client no more will i use them
