DSV accident

I was in a accident with one of the drivers of DSV REG no: BF77RLGP he skipped the stop sign and bumped me from the side there is a lot of damage on my car I went to the police station for a case number the courier guy told me no sorry he need to do his one delivery and said that he will get me at the police station after one hour he was there and they told him that his guilty I spoke to the Manager well they said its the manager his name and no Michael ********** and the MANAGER told me sorry he cant help he needs to pay R10 000 before he can claim from his insurance we will send one of his mechanic boys to my house to quote the damage on my car lol im not driving a Tata Indica im driving a Audi I want this stuff to be done at a approved workshop not back yard mechanic shop I need to pay R10 000 excess on my insurance but DSV dont pay a cent???? I have the footage of the car accident as well it happened infront of Westgate mall so if you see a DSV company car please stay away from this excuses this is the service you get
