DSV a poor choice

DSV express must be the most unreliable courier on this planet. On my FNB app, I have specified a specific time and date for delivery of my new bank card. The DSV allocated driver just simply indicated that the delivery was unsuccessful. Of course the reason they indicated was that I was not at home, but this was simply NOT the truth, because I was literally glued to my chair from 1pm to 5pm to accept the delivery, as per the allocated time slot on the FNB app. The only assumption I can make is that the driver wanted an extended weekend at my cost! Furthermore, the SMS I received at 7am in the morning was the vaguest I have ever seen. It looked like spam and simply said 'The driver from DSV Road Secure Division is on his way to your given address with a delivery for you'. This was sent at 07:47am and yet no delivery was made - even though there were FOUR people present at home. This makes me wonder why FNB chose DSV? Poor choice.
