DSV - A company that doesn't respect their clients or keep to their commitments

I was due to get a parcel delivered yesterday. The delivery driver called me at 07:23am to confirm address. I had also received an email and sms both stating that I would receive my delivery. However by 15:30pm I had received nothing. When I contacted the contact centre I was told that deliveries stop at a certain time and then the drivers start collections, if you were not going to deliver why call and confirm delivery this is pathetic service. Further to this when the driver was contacted he was in Sunninghill which is 8minutes from where he was due to deliver my package and informed the agent i was on the call with that he would be unable to. This is ridiculous, you don't even deserve a 1 star rating. Because of this i will never order a package from a service provider that utilises your delivery service. I have also informed all family, friends and colleagues including the company i work for to never use you. After reading the below reviews I'm not even surprised by your lack of professionalism. You guys just seem to not care about your clients or the commitments that you keep.
