I'm so disappointed, I have been waiting 3 weeks for my phone. First week they promised to deliver the Wednesday, then canceled. The following week also promised the Wednesday then canceled and told will deliver the Friday then they cancel and tell me they will deliver The next Tuesday and just don't pitch up..... I have called and sent emails and no one can help me. DSV needs to hire new staff that does their jobs...don't know why MTN use them as they are useless. I use courier guy all the time and have had absolutely no problems...

16 Jul 2024, 17:08Thank you for your reply, but no one can help.... they did contact me, can't get hold of their own driver... delivery was promised today again but still nothing. This is the worse service I have ever received... I have read alot of bad reviews about DSV here on Hellopeter, don't know why nothing gets done about it. It's obvious your drivers are useless... I am beyond upset...

This is the worse service I have ever received... I have read alot of bad reviews about DSV here on Hellopeter, don't know why nothing gets done about it. It's obvious your drivers are useless... I am beyond upset...
