I placed an order with MTN for a cell phone I was then told that Dsv is gonna deliver it one of the dsv agents called me saying that my parcel is in East London and they do not service my area so they gonna transfer my parcel to Durban Dsv I was then called by an agent again saying that the parcel have arrived in Durban I just need to confirm my address I did he then told me that they also do not service my area I they are going to transfer it to Johannesburg today I received a call from Johannesburg they want me to confirm my address I did confirm it they told me that my area is being serviced by the Durban branch they gonna transfer it to Durban

I had a very bad experience with dsv I’ve been waiting for my Marcel since the 27th they’ve been fooling ne transferring the parcel fro m one beach to another I’m tired of the back and forth that they are doing I’ve been making se real calls with not getting any help
