This is my second experience with DSV road and it was bad with the delivery of my documents. When you call, it is always different stories. You send emails, no one cares to respond. The drivers lie about not finding the location when they want to knock off. Very rude drivers. They hold parcels hostage while they fail to deliver. I wish banks can change this courier, we are suffering.
