DSV

This is literally the worst people to deal with, I order a Home Wifi router from MTN the 5th of January 2024, I was then told that DSV will contact me to schedule a date, they then only phoned me the 22nd of January to make arrangements, we then proceeded and the biometric machine failed and my order got cancelled, they never phoned me to rescheduled, I then phoned MTN for a manual delivery on the 5th of February as I could not get a hold of DSV. Up until today I have not recieved a phone call I tried phoning and emailed multiple times with no success. This is the worst service I have ever had. They are pathetic at their jobs and should be closed along with MTN. Don’t ever use these people.
