An arrangement was made and a confirm sms was sent to me for the delivery of my parcel at the 26th March 2024
I waited the whole day without any recent of my parcel and DSV does not even care to inform me that my parcel wont be delivered
Please intervene
I advise and urge @MTNSA and companies to seek alternative courier services because DSV is now burdened and don't take business serious anymore
I bet my last cent, i won't receive even a curtesy call about this mess
