DSC Very Bad Service

I am struggeling with DSV to collect packages from Sheriff's. They said that I have to e-mail them the waybill and manifest in order to collect it and when I do it is still not done 3 days later. Last time I struggled to get an parcel from Johannesburg to Upington and 3 weeks later It was delivered at our frim.

It is not the best courier serves company and I am not happy and satisfied with them. The people in the head office, I cc you in the e-mails and not one word or response from you guys, how nice and then you want to ay you work hard- I ask at doing what? But man when it comes to the invoice and paying it....

I always ask for the CEO or managers e-mail but never an get it
