Driver tried calling...

Driver tried calling me after i called your call centre, driver called three times in under one minute at 3:50pm which is completely unbelievable cause when you call someone the phone rings for the 30 seconds, called him at 3:51pm and there was no response from the driver and the delivery was unsuccessful cause i didn’t “pick up the phone”… i took day off that day and lost money, the delivery was set for 11am, it never arrived, tried emailing your customer service team and i was advised to email another team which is the cellphone department, emailed them, it’s been two days without response, i never have time to speak on the phone so i choose emails cause i can reply, till this day i don’t have my phone
