Driver returning back to facility.
I just received a call from one of your DSV driver's telling me that he won't be able to deliver my devices since his authentication system is offline.
I do not understand how it's possible to send out the driver with full knowledge that your systems are offline what happens if your authentication systems are offline tomorrow too?

09 Mar 2022, 09:24Today I called and I'm being told that my order is still at their facility and the OTP issue is because of MTN.
If my order is not delivered today, I will not accept any delivery going forward from DSV as their incompetence is getting on my nerves. DSV did not have contingency plans in case their authentication devices failed and now I'm being made to look like an idiot and being sent from one department to another with a bunch of excuses.

Today I called and I'm being told that my order is still at their facility and the OTP issue is because of MTN.
