Don't recommend

This is the 3rd time I've made a contract with mtn but do not get my parcel. The last time was because they switched my contact number and said they couldn't reach me for delivery, yesterday I was supposed to receive my delivery the driver called said that he's nearby almost 2 hours passed without receiving a call from him again, he then made an excuse that he's phone had a problem so he had to go back to the warehouse with my parcel and once again my parcel has been rescheduled for delivery on Friday.
