dont need to stick to time schedules

They ask you to phone them. They give me times when the courier can deliver in my area. DSV tells me they will deliver between 08h00 and 10h00. It cannot be 10 o'clock now as the courier hasn't been seen yet. When you phone their operations center you get cut off ,then you get put on hold until they think you will hang up. Had to take a days' leave due you this company that cannot stick to their own time schedules.

When I read all the other complaints this message above is an auto reply. You cannot say that I had a terrible level of service.....There was NO SERVICE!! further it seems that you still not deliver on time even after new contact has been made. Must be nice fleecing MTN and blatantly lying to customers ( the courier is 10-minutes away) , especially without repercussions
