Don't use UTI to send a personal parcel.

A parcel for my family in the Netherlands firstly got stuck in Johannesburg. Secondly my family overseas went through an enormous rigmarole to receive this parcel, meant as a present and had to pay in for the receival thereof. And lastly - UTI invoiced me to the amount of R4213 for a parcel the size of two shoe-boxes. Their office in Vanderbijlpark through which I've dealt was utmost unproficient in facilitating the progress. I do though have to thank Christa Pretorius for her advice as to how a parcel can be internationally send but as for UTI it terribly fails to deliver a simple thing such as a gift.
