Don't use UTI or now known as DSV

<p>I sent a parcel to Cape town from Schweizer-Reneke. Firts time around the parcel was delivered to the wrong province! Second time around,the parcel was delivered opened and the instrument inside was disassembled. After submitting my claim,I was informed that they won't do anything about it and that it was my fault. Never have I ever experienced such pathetic and *********** service! Thanks for nothing!</p>
