Doesn't deliver

This is the worst courier ever. I was scheduled to receive my bank card on the 27th of December 2024, they didn't pitch. I called them only for an answering machine to tell me they're closed but why did they scheduled for the 27th if they knew they'd be closed? I then got a text informing me that they'll call to schedule another date, they didn't. I called on the 3rd January, scheduled for the 6 and got a text confirmation. They sent a text saying the driver is coming on the day, but did they arrive? Driver didn't arrived, I got a text on the 7th saying their driver couldnt deliver, they will call me to schedule delivery. This has not happened, to this day I haven't received my bank card or communication as to when they intend to deliver. I don't even believe they have an intention to deliver.
