Does DSV an exist in South Africa or am I delusional?

This company is seriously the worst courier company in South Africa right now. I've been waiting to my damn Bank card for a full month now. Now to day after you call me and apologise for the inconvenience and set up a delivery date and time that suits you own courier guy, my card is still not delivery by the end of working hours. Like hell are you guys serious. I can't even call you on this +*** landline you called me from.
