Do not use UTi courier - Onedayonly, be advised!

Two weeks ago I've order some items from the onedayonly website and opted for the provided delivery option. After a week I got a sms saying that my parcel will be delivered on that specific day (Thursday ). It was not delivered. The next day I received the same sms stating that it will be delivered - it was not. Today (Monday) the same sms arrives (seems to be the only thing UTi can actually send and get delivered) Still no parcel! Upon calling the call centre I was put on hold for 7:30 minutes before I got told that the driver found no one at the specified address. Thus, as a working individual I have to put in a day of leave to receive a parcel because UTi cannot call to say I'm leaving for the specified address in 10 minutes! This is absolutely pathetic ! I've never experienced the same problem with any other courier service. <br> Onedayonly - awesome products, but be advised not to use UTi courier services as I will definitely not buy again unless a different option is available. <br> I'm still waiting...
