Terrible service from DSV, the parcel was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday at 1:30 pm, but nothing arrived. Tried calling no answer. Tried calling again on Friday, An update from the consultant was delivery was attempted and no one was available to receive it. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE! Still no sign of my parcel on Monday and no one answers their phones at DSV. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER YOU WILL ONLY BE FRUSTRATED TO DEATH!!!!!

DSV strikes again, yesterday I was called by a representative from DSV after my review. BIG promises to deliver my parcel on the same day. ALL LIES!
Today I was told the drivers had left and forgotten my parcel behind!
SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE!
I have no idea how DSV does business! AGAIN do not use this courier company!
