Do not use DSV , Service is Apalling

A parcel tracking number PAK 1D***2 was sent from Pretoria to Pretoria on Thursday 9th and still has not been delivered by Monday 13th. The DSV staff is not helpfull and they dont deliver on their promise to follow up.I spoke to Fikele on Thusrday and she said someone will email or sms feedback . Three days later still no feedback on whereabouts of the parcel. All they can say when you call is that you will get notification once the parcel has been delivered. How does that help when I dont know how long it will take for the parcel to get delivered. How can a parcel going from Pretoria to Pretoria take over 3 days to get deliverd. Your service is Apalling .........
