Do Not Use DSV couriers

Such Poor service they have failed to deliver my moms treatment for 2 months but when I track the pills it says they are delivered. I tried calling the company the lady who answered was so rude and arrogant she later on refereed me to her “manager” just as I was about to finally tell the manager what was going on he dropped my call. Is that how DSV treats customers now ? They drop calls on them when they have enquirers I am so disappointed and mad at the same time because where is my mother going to receive her treatment from?
