Good day
I want a manager to contact me urgently. Your company has offered me the absolute worst service ever and I am still not sure where my parcel is. I was on a call with Luther and when I requested an escalation the call was dropped. I have been on the phone for over an hour today alone trying to find out where my parcel is, and still no one can tell me.
This is really shocking and I can't believe a company can operate like this.
