DO NOT USE!!

Dsv is useless. They would have delivered my parcel monday 26th of September. We got nothing. I phoned in and the operator said they saw that it was out for delivery but came back and they are not sure why. It's been a struggle and numerous calls last week as the parcel is for a birthday present for my child. They said that they will deliver on monday 3rd of October and nothing. They then phoned to schedule for yesterday the 6th of October. We waited the whole day and received no call (we did phone in and they said the parcel is out and to expect a call from the driver anytime now) I just phoned in again now and they said that the parcel was out and came back. They would need to reschedule. Well they can reschedule it back to MTN as i have to make another plan for a phone. DISAPPOINTING!!!!
