distribution of mobile handset for MTN
I am so irritated with DSV. First things first, you do not tell the client that you will only deliver their mobile handset when it is convenient for the client, however you give delivery timelines you don't honor. alternative contacts for the mobile handset to be delivered to was given which your office does not want to recognize and furthermore you don't deliver weekends. this matter I have escalated to MTN as the party I have a contract with. the lead time is 7days now its more than 21 days and I have not received my parcel.
