Disgusting Service Vowed - we live up to our promises (DSV)

If I could give them no stars at all, that is what they would get! Their customer service agents must be so accustomed to complaints that they take them in their stride. They politely commit to very little, clearly aware that nothing will be done. I have wasted 3 days of my precious leave waiting at and close to home in case the driver may appear. I received a message at 18:40 last night stating that the driver would be with shortly. He never appeared, I am not surprised as he probably fell asleep on the road after working hours that I am sure are beyond the legal limit.

This company has no regard for their customers and staff at all.

If the company that you are buying from, inform you that they will be using DSV, cancel the order immediately, for your own sanity.
